Return & Exchange Procedure
At Bint Ayesha, we strive to deliver premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.
Return & Exchange Window
- You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of your purchase.
- We will process the exchange within 5 working days after receiving the returned item.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Return courier charges are paid by the buyer.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- The buyer is responsible for sending the parcel safely.
- Free exchange is only applicable in case of visible defects or damaged items.
- For misplaced orders, wrong size, or if you want a different item, a 15% deduction will apply.
- Courier charges for returns/exchanges are borne by the buyer.
Return / Exchange Process
- Take a clear picture of the defective part (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Email the picture along with your order number to:

- We will share the return address.
- Send the parcel through your local courier service.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange accordingly.
Important Notes
- All products displayed on our website are master replica copies.
- Slight variations in color or shade may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Products may only be exchanged for shade or color variation; no refunds will be given for this reason.
- Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 2–3 weeks after we receive the returned item and courier payment.
